Neuroble Navigate: for young people

What is Neuroble Navigate?

Neuroble Navigate is a 1:1 coaching programme designed to support neurodivergent young people as they move through some of the most demanding and confusing stages of life – school, exams, transitions, first jobs, university, or early independence.

Through calm, collaborative sessions, we explore key executive function areas like time management, focus, motivation, organisation, and emotional regulation, all at a pace that feels safe and doable.

Each session is personalised, practical, and supportive, because what works for one brain might not work for another.

What are executive functions, and why do they matter?

Executive functions are the mental skills that help us plan, prioritise, remember, start (and finish!) tasks, manage time, and stay regulated.
For neurodivergent young people, these skills often need extra support – especially when systems aren’t built for their way of thinking.

At Neuroble, we provide that support with empathy, structure, and zero judgment.
